She started sculpting the bread for kids who were finicky eaters.  Our pastry team in Gobi loved the idea of the Konel Bread. A big part of Gobi’s business is serving children. After all, we own  Bricks N Cubes    We are also the pioneer in revolutionizing  the full month (满月礼物） in Singapore.   Gobi’s baking classes are for all ages and all levels. We hold baking classes every Wednesday, Saturday (for groups) and Sunday. Minimum class size is 3. Cost per class is SGD25 nett which includes all materials.
