Wanted pastry cook


Job Description:
6 day work week. AM or PM shift.
You will be assigned to Gobi’s central kitchen
You will work with the head chef to complete various pastry production.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years experience in a well known patisserie
Culinary Diploma in pastry in a Singapore, French or Japanese accredited school
Introduction to Gobi.
Gobi specializes in LOW sugar high quality premium pastries. Gobi Group is Lifvation’s F&B arm comprising of Gobi Desserts, Gobi Cakes and other brands. Gobi is founded by Chef Gobi in 2004. Gobi is locally owned and has garnered numerous accolades.  Gobi Group’ central kitchen is on a 2500 square foot premise with two professional kitchen and a staging area. There is a walkin interview every Thursday at 7pm by invitation only.
