Job Description: 6 day work week. AM or PM shift. You will be assigned to Gobi’s central kitchen You will work with the head chef to complete various pastry production. Requirements: Minimum 3 years experience in a well known patisserie Culinary Diploma in pastry in a Singapore, French or Japanese accredited school Introduction to Gobi.
